MHADA lottery is a lottery system is a MHADA housing scheme used for providing house or flats to the people after winning lottery. MHADA means Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority is initiated in 1977.
MHADA Lottery Scheme 2017
It comes under “Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana” that means every resident has his own house. It has started in August 2017. This is the scheme started by the state government of maharashtra to provide housing to the citizens at lower price. Requirements Needed To Apply For Lottery
The candidate who want to apply for the lottery age should be more than 18 before the registration date. The candidate not become the proper owner of the house and or will be given on rental basis from MHADA. Proper income proof should be shown.
Candidate should not be used current account, NRI bank account and other person’s account. If noticed, then the application will be rejected. Candidate can not apply for more than one category and if he do so then the application will be rejected.
The candidate should be domiciled of Maharashtra or he should be stay in Maharashtra for more than 20 years. The candidate who wants to apply for the scheme should have his own PAN Card.

MHADA Lottery Results Announced
The dates of registration are over. Now the time is near when the winner list or waiting list will be out. As in the advertisement the result date will be 10 Nov. 2017.
Now the question arises that how the people check their result. The following steps should be followed to check the result which are as follows:
Open the official website of MHADA Lottery scheme i.e. https://lottery.mhada.gov.in
Then you will enter to the home page of website and there candidate will click on “Lottery result ” tab.
After clicking on this tab the candidate will get the proper details about lottery.
Then click on the view button to check the result.
The candidate can check the list district wise, name wise or area wise. Winnig and waiting list both will be present there.
